Whilst you are a patient with Lister Fertility Clinic it is important to us that you are able to communicate with us freely. Here we provide some guidance to helping you at the start of your journey, during diagnosis and treatment, and after you have completed your journey with us.
Making an appointment
Starting your journey with Lister Fertility Clinic is straightforward, you can self refer or you can be referred by a GP for an initial appointment.
IVF Packages
We've partnered with Access Fertility and Assured Fertility to offer a number of different IVF packages that offer extra security and ease your IVF journey.
In some circumstances you may require multiple cycles. Lister Fertility Clinic works in conjunction with Access Fertility & Assured Fertility to provide multicycle and refund packages.
Prices and paying for your treatment
Patients having fertility treatment at Lister Fertility Clinic, are asked to settle their account at the beginning of the treatment cycle.
We provide a full list of prices and IVF packages, and our team at the clinic can answer any queries you may have.
Giving feedback and our complaints process
Lister Fertility Clinic is committed to delivering safe and high quality care. We will do our best to ensure the time you spend in our clinic is as comfortable as possible and to provide you with excellent personal and professional care. In an event when your expectations are not met or you encounter any problems, however small, we ask that you tell us as soon as possible.
