Accessible appointments
GP Appointments
At our Outpatients centre in Chiswick our GPs are able to offer same or next day appointments. We have diagnostic tests and scans available onsite so they can be accessed as quickly as possible. Our GPs can also refer you to one of the consultant clinics onsite should you need further investigation or treatment.

Dedicated care for children of all ages
We want your child’s visit to be as positive and reassuring as possible.
Our multidisciplinary paediatric team, including consultants and nurses, is experienced at caring for children and teenagers of all ages, dealing with everything from allergies and skin disorders to sports injuries, ENT, endocrinal and gynaecological issues and heart conditions.
There’s also a well-equipped play area to keep younger children happy and entertained while they wait. It’s all part of our focus on providing a safe, respectful and nurturing environment.
Women's health
Self-referral mammogram service
Take charge of your breast health with our self-referral mammogram service. Designed to give women over 40 more choice and agency over their health, this service will typically give you results within one working day.
You can self-refer if you are:
- Are 40 years of age and over
- Have not had a mammogram within the last 12 months
- Are non-symptomatic (symptomatic patients need a GP referral)
Appointments are available Monday to Friday during opening hours. Please note that if you’re using private medical insurance, your insurer may ask for a referral from your GP.
