CaRi-heart technology
Revolutionary new technology to assess the risk of a serious heart condition or heart attack – many years before anything happens.
We understand how concerning common gynaecological symptoms such as pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding and painful intercourse can be and how important a swift diagnosis is when something doesn’t feel right. That’s why we offer no waiting times for appointments and can even offer same-day appointments for a wide range of advanced diagnostic tests and scans including ultrasound and MRI as well as hysteroscopy and colposcopy.
We endeavour whenever possible to provide your results on the same day of your appointment so that if further tests are required, you don’t have to come back into hospital for multiple visits. If results show that treatment is required, your consultant will put together an appropriate treatment plan without delay.

Treatment options
Patients can access wide range of treatments available, many of them minimally-invasive. We regularly treat gynaecological cancers using radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy as well as surgical options.
We work with some of the UK’s leading specialists, many of whom still practice at leading teaching hospitals across London.
At The Harley Street Clinic our consultants work as part of a multidisciplinary team, which means you benefit from the expertise of many clinicians, not just one. Our gynaecologists, oncologists, radiologists and surgeons work closely together with specialist endocrinologists, urologists, pathologists, diagnostic technicians and Clinical Nurse Specialists to attend to each patient’s individual needs.
Women's health
Whether or not you have started treatment following a cancer diagnosis, a second opinion can provide you with reassurance and peace of mind.
Consultants within our Gynaecology Clinic can undertake a full review of your medical history to identify different treatment options or confirm that you are already on the right track - regardless, a second opinion can help you make an informed decision about your cancer care.
Whatever further care you may require, The Harley Street Clinic remains on hand to guide you through your treatment and beyond.
As part of HCA UK, we ensure you receive seamless access to the services available at our sister hospitals. Should you require fertility services as a result of your gynaecological condition, Lister Fertility Clinics are available at The Lister Hospital in Chelsea and The Portland Hospital by Great Portland Street.
Patients requiring cancer care may benefit from the wide range of treatments and supportive services available at Leaders in Oncology Care based at The Harley Street Clinic as well as access to the latest clinical trials and genetic testing.
Consultants within our Gynaecology Clinic work closely with the nearby The Endometriosis Centre to ensure that patients requiring medical or surgical treatment for Endometriosis receive highly-specialised, multidisciplinary care from experts in this field.
The Centre, which is accredited by the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy, offers minimal waiting time for life-changing surgery, with excellent outcomes. The team are experienced in using innovative surgical techniques to treat highly complex cases and deep infiltrating endometriosis, while offering the continued support of Clinical Psychologists, Pain Specialists, Nutritionists and Clinical Nurse Specialists.
