Yaneena Cuthbert

Yaneena graduated from Plymouth University in 2017 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She spent her early years in the Buckinghamshire NHS Trust completing general rotations including spending time at the National Spinal Cord Injury unit, trauma and orthopaedics and musculoskeletal patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic she spent time working as a respiratory Physiotherapist in intensive care and then in rehabilitation. Her time in private practice began in 2017 with a hiatus during the pandemic and then started private practice again in 2021. Yaneena joined HCA Primary Care in 2022. Yaneena spends her weekends mostly with a rugby team since 2017 and is now currently Team Lead Physiotherapist for Belsize Park Rugby Club. She is a keen long distance athlete and has completed a few triathlons and the London Marathon. Thus her interests involve treating sporting injuries or overuse injuries and mechanical back or neck pain. Yaneena treats with a holistic and goal orientated approach and uses a combination of pilates and mobility exercise with personalised evidence based exercise programmes.
