Dr. Sreelakshmi Kotha is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with sub-specialty interest in hepatology and hepatobiliary medicine. She graduated in Medicine in India and completed her postgraduate gastroenterology training in London at King's College and Guy's and St Thomas'. Dr. Kotha has fellowships in liver transplantation from Toronto, Canada, and hepatobiliary endoscopy from Royal Free. She is the Co-Clinical lead for Gastroenterology and lead for post graduate education at St Thomas’ Hospital.

Dr. Kotha has experience in all areas of gastroenterology, including alcohol-related liver disease, fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, and autoimmune hepatitis. She performs gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and advanced endoscopy to remove bile duct stones (ERCP). Dr. Kotha is active in clinical research and has numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her areas of expertise include OGD, colonoscopy, endoscopic stone removal, fatty liver disease, viral hepatitis, alcohol-related liver disease, autoimmune disease, liver tumours, pancreatic tumours, gallstones, pancreas disorders, and bile duct disorders.
