About
Professor Jamie Cavenagh is a Consultant (Honorary Senior Lecturer) in Haematology. He qualified from St. Mary's Medical School and trained in haematology at St. George's, The Royal Marsden, and Barts and The London. He was a Leukaemia Research Fund Scientific Training Fellow during which time he completed his MD thesis. Professor Cavenagh's clinical and research interests are within haemato-oncology and bone marrow transplantation with a particular emphasis on multiple myeloma, AML/MDS, and allogeneic transplantation. He has published over 100 scientific papers and is an executive member of the UKMF and sits on the NCRI myeloma clinical trials group. His expertise includes haemato-oncology, bone marrow transplantation, multiple myeloma, AML/MDS, and allogeneic transplantation.
