Mr. Charalampoudis is an Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Cancer Surgeon with a dedicated patient-centered approach to breast care. He obtained his Medical Degree from Athens University and completed a PhD in Breast Cancer Endocrinology. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the European Board of Breast Surgery. Mr. Charalampoudis completed his higher surgical training in Greece and Belgium and achieved a Certificate of Completion of Training in Surgery with Honours. He undertook a comprehensive fellowship in Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery in London. He has published extensively, including 2 book chapters and 40 peer-reviewed journal papers. His areas of expertise include one-stop breast symptom assessment, oncoplastic breast surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy, axillary clearance, breast pain management, family risk counselling, mastectomy, immediate implant-based breast reconstruction, pre-pectoral breast reconstruction, and reconstruction with acellular dermal matrix.
