About

Mr Paul Hadway is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Reading, UK. After receiving his qualifications from University College London Medical School in 2000 he went on to complete his initial surgical training at Barnet General Hospital where he discovered an interest in Urology. Following this he undertook a clinical research fellowship concentrating on pioneering penile preserving surgical techniques for penile cancer and urethral stricture disease. In 2006, he was awarded an MSc for his works in Urology from University of London and published his thesis focusing on his work in dynamic sentinel lymph node biopsy in penile cancer patients.

Paul began his specialist Urology training in the Oxford Deanery before undertaking a year’s Fellowship in Queensland, Australia working at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. During this time he focused on Robotic pelvic oncology under the guidance and expertise of world-renowned robotic surgeon Geoff Coughlin. Upon returning to the UK he worked under the supervision of Mr Pete Malone and Asif Muneer, centring his training on both benign and malignant diseases of the penis and the management of urethral stricture disease.

He holds a current honorary consultant position at University College Hospital London, where he operates and consults on complex benign and malignant penile disorders.
