About
Mr Nabeel Malik is a highly skilled Ophthalmic and Oculoplastic Surgeon offering a vast range of treatments for general and emergency ophthalmic conditions for both adults and children. His interests also include non-surgical cosmetic procedures aimed to improve facial and eyelid appearance. In addition, alongside a highly qualified multidisciplinary team, he offers specialist assessment and management of allergic eye conditions. Mr Malik works for the NHS at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London and carries out his private practise at The Medical Chambers Kensington.
Mr Malik obtained his medical degree at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1992, after which he embarked upon comprehensive specialist training in neuro-ophthalmology and neurology. He also undertook specialist training in oculoplastics as part of a fellowship at Moorfield's Eye Hospital and completed additional fellowships at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and The Western Eye Hospital, which were focused in medical retina and uveitis.
Mr Malik is passionate about research and medical education, having instructed over 100 GPs and taught significantly on fellowships of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. He is greatly admired as a mentor for aspiring consultants and also conducts interviews for London training fellowships on behalf of the London Deanery.
