Anand Kelkar

Mr. Anand Kelkar is an experienced Consultant Urological Surgeon who has specialized in treating prostate and bladder cancer. He holds positions at HCA Healthcare, The Princess Grace Hospital, The Harley Street Clinic, University College Hospital London, and Barking, Havering, and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. He is also a core member of the London Cancer Collaborative, which is working towards providing centralized cancer services for NHS England.

Mr. Kelkar has over 20 years of experience in the field of urological surgery and has a holistic approach to treatment. He uses robotic surgery when appropriate and has strong connections with other healthcare professionals if more complex surgeries are required.

Mr. Kelkar has an impressive academic record, having been awarded a JC Lisboa Gold Medal for achieving the highest marks in surgery during his medical training. He completed his urology training in 1993 and went on to complete a Fellowship in Advanced Cancer at the Royal Marsden Hospital in 1997. He has held consultant posts in East London and Essex before joining the team at UCLH in 2016.
