Mr. Amit Kotecha is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery. His expertise covers the treatment of adult hip and knee conditions, including primary and revision surgeries, knee arthroscopy, and osteoarthritis.

Mr. Kotecha is recognised for his innovative techniques in hip replacement surgery, particularly his use of the posterior approach, which preserves essential hip abductor muscles, leading to faster recovery and better outcomes. He also incorporates enhanced recovery protocols for hip and knee replacements to optimise patient rehabilitation.

In addition to his private practice, Mr. Kotecha works as a full-time NHS consultant at the University Hospitals of Birmingham, where he focuses on complex cases involving failed hip and knee replacements.
