Mr. Kawa Omar is a highly experienced consultant urological surgeon practicing at King's College Hospital. His clinical expertise spans all aspects of general urology, with a particular emphasis on bladder and kidney cancer, prostate cancer, urinary stone disease, and benign prostate enlargement.
Mr. Omar received specialized urology training at several prestigious hospitals in Southeast England, including Guy’s and King’s hospitals. During this time, he honed advanced skills in open, robotic-assisted, and laparoscopic surgery. He has contributed to the field through research on urological cancers, with his work published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and international conferences. Additionally, he earned a master’s degree from The University of Nottingham, where his research focused on infertility and the impact of cancer treatment on fertility recovery.
Committed to quality improvement, Mr. Omar has led numerous initiatives to enhance patient care. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and an active member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons.
