Dr Brady is a consultant clinical oncologist specialising in the treatment of haematological malignancies (lymphoma, leukaemia, myeloma, myeloproliferative neoplasms, histiocytosis) with radiotherapy. She has over 16 years’ experience in this area and is a key part of the regional haematology multi-disciplinary team. She believes in individualised treatment and is able to offer treatment with advanced radiotherapy techniques such as deep inspiration breath hold (DIBH), volumetric arc therapy (VMAT) and image guided radiotherapy (IGRT). She also has expertise in total body irradiation (TBI), craniospinal irradiation (CSI) and peri CAR-T radiotherapy.

She graduated with honours from the University of Wales College of Medicine Cardiff in 2001 and then undertook general medical training in South Wales and West Australia.

In 2005 she returned to London to focus on oncology and took up a post at the Royal Marsden Hospital. In 2006 she was awarded a place on the Pan London Clinical Oncology training scheme in 2006, rotating through a number of teaching hospitals in London and Kent. In 2014 she started a post CCT fellowship at Guy’s and St Thomas’, implementing an advanced radiotherapy technique for lymphoma. Since 2016 she has been a substantive NHS consultant at Guy’s and St Thomas’.

She is an active researcher and educator. She is member of the ILROG steering committee. She regularly presents at national and international meetings and has published in a number of peer review journals.ca Brady qualified from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2001 with Honours.
