Estelle Kearney is a gut health specialist dietitian with extensive experience in complex Gastroenterology conditions. She has previously worked as a specialist dietitian across NHS teaching hospitals, including leading a Neurogastroenterology dietetic service for patients with disorders of the gut-brain interaction. She has also worked in leading gut health dietetic clinics in London.

A specialist in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), she is highly skilled in the dietary management of IBS, having completed advanced FODMAP training at King’s College London. Estelle is fully trained in Hydrogen Breath Testing, and she utilises diagnostic testing to support patients with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) and food intolerances.

Estelle is a strong advocate towards a holistic approach to improving gut health, and she considers each client’s unique lifestyle factors alongside dietary needs. Her passion lies in helping individuals manage troublesome gut symptoms and improve their quality of life. In addition to supporting clients with their gut health, Estelle is skilled in the dietary management of metabolic conditions, including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, fatty liver and type 2 diabetes.

Estelle has a special interest in Women’s Health nutrition, and provides dietetic care to patients with conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis and adenomyosis. She works closely with the pelvic floor multidisciplinary team to support patients with pelvic floor dyssynergia.
