Mr. Ibrahim is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with specialist expertise in conditions and injuries of the arm, from shoulder to wrist. He is particularly skilled in diagnosing nerve-related and biomechanical causes of pain, ensuring that every patient receives a tailored treatment plan designed to optimise recovery and reduce the risk of recurrence.
While his philosophy prioritises non-surgical management wherever possible, Mr. Ibrahim is also highly experienced in advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive keyhole procedures. He regularly treats shoulder conditions such as rotator cuff tears, impingement, frozen shoulder, and dislocations, as well as elbow and wrist problems including arthritis, tendon injuries, and carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome.
Educated at University College London, where he graduated with distinction, Mr. Ibrahim trained at Harvard Medical School, the Oxford School of Surgery, and Imperial College London, earning first prize for his master’s degree in Surgical Education. He has published influential research on surgical preparation and continues to contribute to academic and clinical leadership.
With further specialist training in nerve and upper limb surgery, both in the UK and abroad, Mr. Ibrahim combines world-class expertise with a deep understanding of sports-related injuries, shaped by his own background as a competitive tennis player.
