Dr. James Wylie is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist with over 10 years of experience in urological cancers and sarcomas. His urology interests include prostate, bladder, and early testis cancer, treating patients with radiotherapy (external beam and brachytherapy), chemotherapy, and hormone therapy. He has been responsible for setting up and developing one of the largest prostate brachytherapy services in the UK. Dr. Wylie graduated from St Thomas's Medical School, London, in 1990 and trained as a Clinical Oncologist at The Christie. He also undertook a Clinical Fellowship at Princess Margaret, Toronto, Canada.Dr. Wylie is an examiner for the final examination of the Royal College of Radiologists. His expertise includes radiotherapy and chemotherapy for prostate and bladder cancer, brachytherapy for prostate cancer and soft tissue sarcoma, hormone therapy for prostate cancer, IMRT, VMAT, Enzalutamide, and Abiraterone.
