Deepak Suri

Dr. Deepak Suri is a highly experienced consultant gastroenterologist and hepatologist with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders. He is currently a Consultant Gastroenterologist at the Whittington Hospital and a Consultant Hepatologist at University College Hospital, London.

Dr. Suri has extensive training in general medicine and gastroenterology from several London hospitals, including St George's, Guys, The Middlesex and Royal Free Hospitals. He has a particular interest in hepatology and has conducted extensive research in this field, obtaining an MD degree for his thesis on viral hepatitis at University College London. He also completed his clinical liver and GI training at the Royal Free Liver Unit.

At the Whittington Hospital, Dr. Suri is the Clinical Lead for GI, and he has an excellent reputation for providing patient-centred care. He offers a wide range of services to his patients, including endoscopy and colonoscopy, and has expertise in the diagnosis and management of abdominal pain, indigestion, heartburn, bowel symptoms, and bleeding. He is also a specialist in hepatology and provides consultation and advice on the significance and future management of abnormal liver tests.
