About
Dr David Lipkin is a Consultant Cardiologist specialising in the assessment of chest pain, coronary artery disease, coronary angioplasty and stenting and other forms of coronary intervention. More recently, he has become involved in the percutaneous replacement of the aortic valve (TAVI). His special interests lie in heart failure, valvular heart diseases, pacing, hypertension and syncope (blackouts).
Dr Lipkin trained at the London Chest, Royal Brompton, National Heart and Hammersmith Hospitals in London.
Dr Lipkin is the Cardiology Representative on the Medical Advisory Committee at the Wellington Hospital. He is the Medical Director of the Wellington Diagnostic and Outpatient Centre in Golders Green and is the Co-Medical Director of the Clinical Investigation and Research Centre at the Wellington Hospital.
