Dr Callum Little is a Consultant Cardiologist with expertise in cardiac risk assessment, preventative cardiology and interventional cardiology. He leads the chest pain and cardiac rehabilitation services at the Royal Free Hospital. His clinical practice includes the assessment and management of coronary artery disease and the performance of complex coronary interventions, including angioplasty and stent implantation, as well as pacemaker insertion.
He graduated in medicine with Merit from Imperial College School of Medicine and completed specialist training in general cardiology and advanced interventional procedures at the Royal Free Hospital and at Imperial College Healthcare, Hammersmith Hospital. In addition to his clinical training, he was awarded a PhD from University College London. His academic work has been supported by grants and awards from the Wellcome Trust and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council.
Dr Little’s practice integrates cardiovascular risk evaluation with evidence-based management strategies aimed at preventing disease progression and improving long-term cardiac outcomes.
