Mr Khan studied medicine at Brasenose College, Oxford before completing his specialist training in Plastic surgery in the London Deanery. During this time, he also obtained a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University and a PhD from the Institute of Cancer Research, London. He undertook a fellowship in cancer reconstruction at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, USA and additional fellowship training in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in London. He is a member of both the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS). His specialist interests include all aspects of breast reconstruction, complex cancer reconstruction, microsurgery for lymphoedema and robotic microsurgery.
