Diana Armstrong has worked with clients aged 11 to 87 for over 20 years in the NHS, Employee Assistance, the private sector and education, offering face-to-face sessions, as well as email and telephone counselling. She is a qualified supervisor and has supervised and managed counsellors in past roles.

While originally trained in the person-centred approach, her work is informed by recent findings from neuroscience. She uses cognitive behavioural techniques, including CBT-I, C-BASP and schemas.
