The Lister Hospital’s newest outpatient centre, Battersea & Nine Elms Outpatients, is a £2 million investment that brings private healthcare capacity to this area of south west London.
The team at Battersea & Nine Elms Outpatients provides access to a range of outpatient care. Appointments are available for both private GPs and specialist consultant-led clinics including sports injuries, women’s health and gastrointestinal conditions, with same-day appointments for blood tests.
Based over two floors we treat visitors from all the major private insurers, for example Bupa, AXA and many more, as well as self-paying patients.
This opening reflects the increased demand being seen nationally for access to care in the independent sector, with increasing numbers of people using their private medical insurance or choosing to self-pay for their care.
The residential and working commuter populations of this part of south London have been significantly boosted by the developments at Battersea Power Station and Embassy Gardens.

At our Battersea and Nine Elms Outpatients we are able to offer patients same-day walk-in appointments for our onsite private GP service. Our GP service provides crucial frontline advice and care for anyone who may be worried about new symptoms.
