About the Christie Private Care

Specialist cancer care Located on The Christie Campus in Manchester, The Christie Private Care is a dedicated cancer treatment centre. We work with leading cancer specialists to provide you with the latest treatment options and access to new and emerging therapies.
Our specialist cancer surgeons have extensive experience is multiple surgical techniques including minimally invasive, robotic and complex surgeries. We were the first independent healthcare provider in the region to provide robotic surgery with a da Vinci Xi robot, with benefits including quicker recovery times and less post operative pain. The expertise and experience of our surgeons and wider clinical team means we can also provide complex surgery, and we are one of the only a few centres in the UK to provide Cytoreductive Surgery with HIPEC.
Our dedicated haematology transplant unit is led by expert Consultant Haematologists and can provide stem cell transplants for patients diagnosed with blood cancer. The unit has achieved joint JACIE accreditation, the European accreditation body for haematopoietic stem cell transplant and cellular therapy. This accreditation recognises high quality patient care.
