HCA Healthcare UK and Feel Good partner to elevate employee wellbeing

Leading private healthcare provider HCA Healthcare UK, has today announced its partnership with Feel Good, a leader in corporate wellbeing solutions. The partnership aims to provide UK businesses with the highest quality healthcare and wellbeing services to support employee mental health and productivity.

The partnership will initially see a 12-month programme of workshops hosted by experts providing practical advice and takeaways for businesses. The programme will support HCA Healthcare UK’s existing services and ensure employees have access to high-quality content to support their mental and physical wellbeing.

In today’s workplace, where challenges like stress, burnout, and mental health issues are at an all-time high, investing in wellbeing is no longer a luxury – it’s a necessity. One in three 18-24 year olds took time off due to stress-related poor mental health last year, which was up 23% from 2023.

Equally, with nearly 30% of the workforce projected to be over 55 by 2030, more employees will require accommodations for chronic conditions, hypertension and diabetes, which will heavily impact workplace productivity and employee healthcare needs.

The partnership will support businesses in integrating workplace health and wellbeing into their corporate strategy and provide further resources to employees that can help implement sustainable change. This combined offering comes at a crucial time while UK businesses and the workforce face economic challenges and increasing pressures at work, highlighting the need for increased wellbeing support.

Soraya Chamberlain, VP of Corporate Health at HCA Healthcare UK said:

"We are excited to be partnering with Feel Good to further enhance employee health, wellbeing, and overall performance. This collaboration comes at a pivotal time as businesses place greater emphasis on creating environments that empower their teams to excel. Our goal is to help organisations foster a culture of wellbeing through tailored programmes designed to meet their unique needs. When business leaders invest in the health and wellbeing of their people, they are also strengthening the foundation for sustainability, engagement, and productivity."

Leanne Rigby, CEO of Feel Good said:

“We’re delighted to be HCA UK’s trusted partner to support clients to optimise their people’s health and wellbeing, starting with a 12-month series of interactive workshops, delivered by Feel Good’s team of leading qualified experts.
