Welcome to Golders Green Outpatients

Our outpatients centre has been part of the community in Golders Green for over 10 years. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional private healthcare locally, for the whole family. We offer fast access to specialist outpatient care and rapid reporting, treating a wide range of conditions.

With clinics led by consultants from The Wellington Hospital, you can benefit from the expertise of our leading consultants and multidisciplinary team. Our extensive range of specialties include Dermatology, Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), Gastroenterology, Orthopaedics and Rheumatology. Combined with onsite diagnostic testing such as MRI and CT scans, this ensures you and your family a quick and accurate diagnosis service.

Same-day diagnosis

At our Golders Green Outpatients and Diagnostics centre we’re able to offer patients same-day walk-in appointments and fast, specialist imaging reporting.

We invest in the latest equipment so that our consultants can identify and diagnose conditions quickly and with accuracy, and our patients can begin treatment as soon as possible.

Diagnostic & Blood tests

Our blood test (phlebotomy) department is an essential part of our diagnostics suite. We process and report on the full range of blood diagnostic tests, including complete haematological testing, coagulation tests, biochemistry screening, liver function, thyroid function and many other specialist blood tests.

We offer an adult walk-in phlebotomy service

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 7:30pm
Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm

We also offer a bookable paediatric phlebotomy service for 2-18 year-olds. Paediatric bloods are not bookable via our enquiry helpline and you will need to call the centre directly on 020 8736 1151

Access to leading private hospitals

Should you need to, you can also see your Golders Green consultant at our London hospital in St John’s Wood.

The Golders Green Outpatients Centre is part of The Wellington Hospital campus in St John’s Wood, providing a breadth and depth of expertise often only found in London teaching hospitals. Should you need an onward referral you will receive around-the-clock care from intensive care to onsite imaging, supported by our multispecialty clinical teams.

For children, our consultants will be able to provide onward care at The Portland Hospital provide a wide range of day surgery and and inpatient care for children.

Paediatric Unit

Our dedicated paediatric unit has been providing world-class healthcare in a safe and family-friendly environment since 2007. The unit is led by a dedicated team of leading paediatric consultants and supported by paediatric radiologists and specialist paediatric nurses who provide care for a huge range of children’s conditions.

Our expertise covers gastroenterology, ENT, urinary tract, allergies and general paediatrics including common colds, fever, vomiting, viral illnesses, dehydration, infectious diseases and feeding difficulties. We are available to see your child, from new born babies up to 18-year-olds, five days a week.

Our paediatric services includes: All childhood vaccinations, children's food allergies, gastrointestinal conditions, joint pain, fractures and sprains, respiratory problems, skin problems, childhood development problems and ear, nose and throat.

Do you have on-site parking available?

No, you can park close to the centre on the street in the surrounding area.

If I need a scan can I access this on the same day as my appointment?

Yes, as our schedules allow. We offer same day and next day appointments which have to booked in advance, if you require a test or scan after your appointment our team will help to arrange this.

What are the nearest public transport to the centre?

We are a short 6 minute walk from Brent Cross Station on the Northern line, and just under one mile from Golders Green underground station on the Northern line, approximately 15 minutes’ walk.
