We ensure that you have rapid access to our range of immunotherapy treatments. Immunotherapy is only available for certain types of cancers, your consultant specialist can advise you on if immunotherapy may be a suitable treatment option for you.

A closer look at immunotherapy
There are many different types of immunotherapy. Some boost the immune system, helping your body attack cancer cells. Other types are designed to slow down the proteins that help cancer cells grow. Types include:
- Monoclonal antibodies (MABs)
- Checkpoint inhibitors
- Cytokines
- CAR-T cell therapy
Immunotherapy can be used as a stand-alone treatment in combatting cancer cells, or it can be used alongside other treatments to strengthen the immune system’s response. This break-through therapy has the potential to treat a broad spectrum of patients.
Depending on the stage and type of tumour, your consultant will identify whether immunotherapy is suitable for you.
