Fit for fertility
Fertility health screening to put your mind at ease
Fertility is an important part of your health, and it’s one many people don’t think about until they’re trying to conceive. You can, however, have fertility health screenings whenever you like. The earlier you start thinking about the future, the more options you give yourself and the more time you have to explore them.
For many people, a fertility check brings peace of mind, while others find that many problems can often be resolved with simple interventions. And it isn’t just people with fertility problems who plan ahead; certain family planning measures, such as egg freezing, are more effective the earlier you start them.

Things to remember
Your ovarian reserve declines with age. This means the best time to have a baby is before you turn 35. Increasingly however, women are delaying pregnancy in order to have a baby when it’s right for them.
Egg freezing affords you that choice. You can preserve your eggs while they’re at their healthiest and start trying for a family when it suits you.
