Dr Fiona Tsang-Wright is a consultant breast and reconstructive surgeon who practices with HCA Healthcare UK’s Leaders in Breast Surgery, based at the Women’s Health Centre at 27-29 Harley Street. Specialising in benign and complex breast diseases, Dr Tsang-Wright performs a range of surgeries for patients including lumpectomies, sentinel lymph node biopsies, axillary clearances and mastectomies for those undergoing treatment for breast cancer, using oncoplastic remodelling techniques. She has a particular forte in immediate breast reconstructions using breast implants, and jointly operates with a consultant plastic surgeon for autologous flap reconstructions. Dr Tsang-Wright offers each patient a personalised care pathway, ensuring that her patients are fully-informed and supported throughout their treatment. She has a keen interest in risk-reducing procedures, as well as treating breast cancer in younger women and benign breast diseases such as breast pain and breast cysts. She also reviews adolescents. She is keen to use technology as part of her practice to improve patient outcomes; in 2021, she introduced the use of a Magseed® (Endomag) for the localisation of impalpable cancers and the Concentric digital consent platform into her daily practice, followed by the Magtotal approach using Magseed® and Magtrace® together. Dr Tsang-Wright completed her medical degree and biomedical sciences at King’s College London before undertaking postgraduate surgical training in North West London. She gained reconstructive experience from the three largest tertiary oncoplastic units in London: The Royal Marsden Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital (Imperial College), and St Bartholomew’s Hospital. She attained her Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2018, and began working as a full-time consultant in 2019. She is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, The Royal Society of Medicine, and sits on 2 committees at the Association of Breast Surgery (UK).
