Mr Brett Winter-Roach is a gynaecologist, colposcopist, and gynaecological oncologist with an extensive background in gynaecological oncology-related concerns. He has a particular interest in treating endometrial, ovarian, cervical, and vulval cancers, as well as benign conditions such as ovarian cysts, endometriomas, and borderline ovarian tumours.

Additionally, Mr Winter-Roach is highly proficient in diagnosing and treating cervical abnormalities and abnormal cervical smears through colposcopy. He is also experienced in addressing menstrual issues like heavy or painful periods and irregular or missing periods, as well as diagnosing and treating endometriosis through diagnostic laparoscopy, laparoscopic ovarian surgery, and laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Mr Winter-Roach currently works as a member of the Manchester Gynaecological Oncology Multi-Disciplinary Team and has an NHS base at the Christie NHS Trust. He is also involved in ovarian cancer research.

Privately, he practises at The Christie Private Care, HCA UK at The Wilmslow Hospital, and Spire Cheshire Hospital. Mr Winter-Roach obtained his MBBS from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica and is a member of several professional bodies such as the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, the British Gynaecological Cancer Society, and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).
