Miss Tania Adib is a Consultant Gynaecologist based in London, UK. She completed her medical training at the University of London in 1992, and has since gone on to specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological cancer. She undertook postgraduate training in Gynaecological Oncology at St George's and The Royal Marsden hospitals, and has also been awarded an MD as a result of her research thesis focusing on ovarian cancer. Now currently working at Queen's Hospital, and holding the position of Honorary Consultant at St Bartholomew's Hospital, she specialises in the management of abnormal smear results.
Miss Adib is highly adept in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic techniques, as well as more invasive open surgical procedures. An expert in cancer screening and early diagnosis, she is well equipped to handle the most complex gynaecological cases and has a huge amount of experience in managing the physical and emotional impact of major oncological therapies. She has a passion for ensuring the best possible quality of life after diagnosis and is driven to maximise cancer survivorship.
