The HCA UK Pledge

This is our HCA UK Pledge, outlining our commitment to delivering the highest standard of care for our patients and very importantly, explains how we expect our patients, their families, and visitors to interact with us.

A very clear emphasis of our HCA UK Pledge is our zero tolerance for rudeness, incivility, or discrimination and our expectation that our colleagues are treated with dignity and respect in carrying out their duties with kindness and compassion.

While our abhorrence to rude, unkind, or discriminatory behaviour is not new, we understand that more can be done to support our our colleagues in responding to it and taking appropriate action to address it.
