Catherine is HCA UK’s Vice President of Legal Services, with responsibility for the provision of legal support across the HCA UK group, as well as for data protection. Catherine plays a key role in ensuring that ethical and lawful behaviour is at the centre of our pursuit of business objectives.

Catherine began her legal career at Capsticks Solicitors, widely acknowledged as legal experts in the health and social care sector. Prior to joining HCA UK, Catherine was the General Counsel and Company Secretary at BMI Healthcare, where she worked for over 13 years.

Catherine has diverse experience including in joint ventures, hospital acquisitions and disposals, governance, contracts, clinical trials, claims and data protection, as well as in managing insurance. Catherine has also led the legal response to a number of regulatory inspections and enquiries.
