Sonal Patel is a Consultant Osteopath with over two decades of experience. She has been proudly associated with the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore and has worked in a number of areas, treating all types of presentations ranging from complicated spinal concerns to basic repetitive strain injuries. Her personal expertise is treating her first passion of sports injuries, namely Rugby, where she first shadowed her mentor for Saracens.

In recent years, and following her own experience, her training specialises in natural approaches for dealing with menopausal symptoms, treating pre/ post expectant mothers and breast cancer patients. Mrs Patel is a passionate Self Care Advocate and has a unique holistic approach incorporating both Chinese and Ayurveda Principles in her own daily lifestyle rituals.

Mrs Patel is available for phone or face to face consultations to determine the root cause of the presenting issue(s). She is able to offer hands on treatment for the individual followed by a host of customised exercises, stretches and advice to patients' who have long term problems or require help.

Mrs Patel is honoured and privileged to work amongst an elite team of private doctors, consultants and other allied health professionals, as part of an MDT, based at the Wellington Outpatient And Diagnostic Centre in Elstree, to ensure patients have the best possible care, attention and prognosis.
