Miss Anouk Borg is a consultant neurosurgeon with a specialization in pituitary and anterior skull base surgery. She performs endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary surgery to treat conditions such as pituitary adenomas, prolactinomas, acromegaly, Cushing's disease, and craniopharyngioma. Miss Borg is also experienced in meningioma surgery, employing both craniotomy and endoscopic approaches. She completed her specialist neurosurgery training at the London School of Surgery and undertook the Royal College of Surgeons Fellowship in Endoscopic Pituitary Surgery, as well as the Skullbase and Vascular Neurosurgery fellowship at Oxford University Hospitals. Additionally, she completed a Quality Improvement fellowship with UCLPartners and was awarded an MD in research by UCL for her work on lumbar spinal stenosis. Her surgical skills also include CSF leak repair using both endoscopic and open approaches and microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia.
