About the One-stop Prostate Clinic

The One-stop Prostate Clinic is London’s first private clinic offering fast, same-day testing and diagnosis of prostate conditions for those with an elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA). The clinic includes a same-day consultation discussing your results and treatment plans.

Accurate state-of-the-art diagnosis

Using the latest ‘gold-standard’ mpMRI techniques for assessing the prostate, we can accurately locate, identify and diagnose the cause of your prostate symptoms. Combining this with blood tests and urine tests we are able to give you a complete overview of your condition on the same day.

What you can expect

Once you have booked or been referred to our One-stop Prostate Clinic you will undergo a number of tests and scans, the results of which will be discussed with you on the same day with one of our expert urology consultants. The types of tests can include:

International prostate symptom score to assess symptoms
Renal profile and updated PSA (dependent on the previous date of your PSA)
Urine flow, bladder scan and dipstick check with MSU
mpMRI scan

The One-stop Prostate Clinic draws on the experience of internationally-renowned consultants and expert multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), all of whom come together to help you every step of the way from diagnosis, through to your treatment and aftercare.

We take a patient-centred approach to your care, and our MDTs may consist of as many as 20 experts including consultant oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, histopathologists, clinical nurse specialists and other allied health professionals such as pharmacists, nutritionists and physiotherapists.
