Ovulation induction

A fertility treatment to introduce fertility medication to stimulate follicle (egg) development and promote ovulation.

Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

Fertility treatment to increase the chance of egg fertilisation. IUI is a process where sperm is placed directly into your uterus around the time of ovulation.

In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)

Surgical Treatments

Surgical Sperm Retrieval

Sperm extraction. A procedure where sperm are surgically retrieved for use in a cycle of ICSI to allow a chance of successful conception.

Vasectomy Reversal

Reversal of male sterilisation. Reversing a vasectomy can restore your fertility by rejoining the vas deferns tubes that were cut during a vasectomy.

Embryo donation

Donating embryos to help create a new family. Embryo donation is possible when surplus frozen embryos remain after a couple's IVF cycle. Permission is given by the couple for the embryo's to be released for research or someone else's IVF treatment.

Fertility treatment using sperm donation. The Lister Fertility Clinic helps couples and individuals become parents using donor sperm.

Alternative parenting

Fertility options for single women and same-sex couples. Helping same sex couples and single women become parents.

Shared Motherhood at HCA UK

Intra-partner egg donation. The use of IVF treatment, with one partner donating eggs to her partner, and becoming the 'biological mother.' The other partner carries the baby, and experiences the pregnancy as the 'birth mother'.

Surrogacy

An option for women with a medical condition that makes it impossible or dangerous for them to get pregnant and give birth as well as an option for male same-sex couples who want to have a family. Surrogacy can also be used by people who are single.
