About
Mr Evans completed basic surgical training in London and achieved MD from the University of London following research into colorectal cancer and minimally invasive surgery.
He undertook higher surgical training in the Oxford Deanery following which he was selected for the National Ethicon Fellowship in Advanced Colorectal Surgery. He completed a further fellowship in complex colorectal surgery. Currently, Charles is the Head of the Gastrointestinal Surgery at the University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. He is a consultant Colorectal and General surgeon. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery performing robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He trains surgeons across Europe and the UK in robotic surgery
Mr Charles Evans is part of the Colorectal & Robotic Surgery Centre, part of HCA Healthcare UK; working in partnership with Mr Danilo Miskovic to deliver a bespoke colorectal and robotic surgical service. The centre is based at The Wellington Hospital and at the Platinum Medical Centre.
