Theatre Practitioner Recovery The Princess Grace Hospital We are looking for a Recovery Theatre Practitioner to join our Theatre department at The Princess Grace Hospital which has been rated "Good" by the CQC. Our theatres offer a dynamic and professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is truly unmatched. You will be working with Complex surgeries and World Class Surgeons. The Princess Grace Hospital is renowned as one of London's premier multidisciplinary private hospitals. With Seven theatres across 2 floors and 2 Recovery Suites, a robotic surgery suite, we provide a cutting-edge setting for surgical excellence. The Portland Hospital, rated as 'Good; by the CQC, is London’s leading private hospital dedicated to the care of women, children, and their families. Renowned for its exceptional maternity services, the hospital also offers comprehensive paediatric care, women’s health services, and cutting-edge surgical facilities. Caring for over 40,000 children a year, we provide treatment for everything from general paediatric conditions to complex craniofacial reconstruction. We have over 175 paediatric consultants available to treat children from new-born up to the age of 18. The five theatres at The Portland Hospital offer a dynamic and professional environment, equipped with cutting-edge technology that is truly unparalleled. Each theatre is fully integrated and outfitted with the most advanced equipment available. Our theatre team consists of highly experienced Consultants and Practitioners with extensive knowledge across various specialties. Every day, they perform a wide array of complex procedures, spanning acute specialties such as Gynaecology, Obstetrics, as well as general and paediatric surgery. As Recovery Theatre Practitioner, you will be a crucial member of the perioperative team, specializing in patient care during the critical post-operative phase. You will monitor patients as they emerge from anaesthesia, managing pain, vital signs, and overall recovery to ensure a safe and smooth transition from surgery to full consciousness. Skilled in assessing patient needs and responding quickly to any complications. You will provide patients with compassionate care, supporting patients through their initial recovery process.
