Take a behind the scenes look into our kitchens.
Our Vice President of Human Resources, Nicola Gillis recently visited the kitchen at London Bridge Hospital to get first hand experience and learn more about the fantastic work our Chefs and Catering teams do each and everyday for our patients, visitors and other colleagues. Head Chef, Sam Tadjadit tasked Nicola to put on her apron and be his apprentice for the day, and challenged her to cook one of our most popular meals, whilst getting to grips with the ins and outs of working in one of our kitchens.
