In 2006, Dr. Saraf obtained her MRCP and subsequently pursued a doctorate of medicine research program at the University of Hertfordshire. Her research focused on assessing thrombotic and thrombolytic status in patients with acute coronary syndrome and its correlation with clinical outcomes.

In 2016, Dr. Saraf successfully completed specialized training in interventional cardiology. Following this, she pursued an advanced coronary intervention fellowship in Manchester and a transcatheter aortic valve intervention fellowship at Leeds General Infirmary.
