Mr Dimopoulos attained his medical degree in Greece from the University of Patras in 1999 and completed his residency in 2009 in Athens, Greece.

He then moved to the UK where he received specialist training in Breast Surgical Oncology and Reconstructive Surgery whilst undertaking his fellowships at St Mary's, Imperial College of London and Nightingale and Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention Centre at the University Hospital of South Manchester.

He was appointed as a Consultant Breast SUrgeon at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport in 2012. He joined the team at The Nightingale Breast Centre in 2019 where he provides symptomatic and reconstructive services as a consultant Breast Surgeon.
