Mr Dinneen is a senior consultant at Chelsea Outpatients Centre, part of HCA Healthcare UK, who has developed international expertise and reputation in the diagnosis and surgical management of benign & precancerous skin conditions of the penis. He also deals with urinary tract stone disease, urinary tract infections and the management of benign and malignant disease of the prostate, including prostatitis.

He was recently awarded an honorary life membership of the Irish Society of Urology in recognition of his distinguished service to urology. Outside his clinical work, Mr Dinneen is a reviewer for several urological journals, a clinical and educational supervisor and examiner for the Faculty of Surgery, Imperial College London. He is immediate past president of the Section of Urology of the Royal Society of Medicine
