Mr Hany Zayed qualified from medical school in 1994 as well as completed a master degree (MSc) in 1999 before going on to complete his MD in 2004. Mr Zayed was appointed as a vascular as well as endo-vascular consultant surgeon at Guy's as well as St Thomas' Foundation in 2008. He went on to lead the vascular service in both the between 2016 - 2018. Mr Zayed has a special interest in endo-vascular management of arterial diseases including complex endo-vascular as well as open revascularisation of the lower limb. In particular Mr Zayed has an interest in patients with diabetes, performing endo-vascular aortic aneurysms repair as well as endovenous treatment of varicose veins. Mr Zayed has a wide range of peer-reviewed publications in his specialised areas of interest as well as has been invited regularly to speak nationally as well as internationally at vascular conferences.
