Dr. Girija Sadalage, an experienced Consultant Neurologist at The Harborne Hospital Birmingham, boasts over 6 years of expertise in the field. Specialising in both chronic and acute neurological conditions, Dr. Sadalage addresses a wide array of issues including myasthenia gravis, autoimmune encephalitis, neuromyelitis optica, stiff person syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, headaches, epilepsy, and Parkinson's disease.

Commencing her medical journey at the University of Mysore, India, Dr. Sadalage completed her medical training in 2000. Subsequently, in 2003, she relocated to the UK to pursue neurology training in the West Midlands. She attained membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2009, followed by Membership in Neurology in 2014. In 2021, she earned a PhD in Clinical Neurology from the University of Nottingham, and was honoured as a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2023.
