Dr. Koon Chan is a Consultant Obstetrician and Subspecialist in Fetal and Maternal Medicine. He graduated from St. Mary's Medical School and completed subspecialty training at Nottingham University. Within the field of Obstetrics, Dr. Koon has a specialist interest in HIV during pregnancy, obstetric ultrasound, diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and high-risk pregnancies. He is the Obstetric Lead for HIV in pregnancy and Basic Obstetric Ultrasound Training. His expertise includes obstetric ultrasound, detailed fetal anatomy scanning, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, selective reduction, amnioreduction, fetocide, diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, HIV in pregnancy, and multiple pregnancy.
