Professor James Spratt is an Interventional Cardiologist at St George's Hospital, London and a Professor of Cardiology at St George's, University of London. He is a globally recognised expert in complex coronary disease, internationally recognised for his knowledge of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Professor Spratt is a key innovator and educational expert who performed live case demonstrations at conferences around the world.

Professor Spratt is an expert on the treatment of chronically blocked coronary arteries and has published a number of research articles in this area.
